My first aquarium was a small cold water aquarium with fancy goldfish.
What was it that made you decide to turn your fishkeeping hobby into a career?
I’m very passionate about fishkeeping so getting the chance to do it as a job was a great opportunity.

What’s your favourite aspect of your work at Maidenhead Aquatics?
The satisfaction of working in a great team.
What’s your favourite/most useful piece of fishkeeping equipment and why?

Fishkeeping is growing fast, more and more people of all ages are taking the hobby up. I’d like to see more environmental conservation efforts, particularly with marine fish i.e. more tank bred species.

I currently keep three aquariums at home. One being an African cichlid tank, the other a south American cichlid tank and the last one is a small breeding tank.

Probably the Decorator Crab.
