Our brilliant Brighton store is looking to expand its team.

A Full Time Sales Assistant is required in our wonderful and busy Brighton branch. We are looking for someone who has fantastic customer service skills and is looking for a new career starting in the New Year! This individual should preferably have some aquatic experience and/or retail experience and be interested in a career in the fishkeeping industry. As an expanding company, there will be many progression opportunities for the right candidates and continual in-house training is offered.

Reporting to the Store Manager, this is a full-time position where you will be responsible for delivering superb service throughout the store and ensuring that you always deliver the very highest standard of customer care. Your duties will include, but will not be limited to:

·         Ensuring that you maintain the very highest standards of health and safety for the livestock in our stores via regularly cleaning tanks and feeding, treating and transporting livestock.

·         Using your knowledge of aquatic products and fishkeeping to help customers with the information they need.

·         Ensuring the store is always presentable to create a clean, safe and welcoming environment that invites your customers to come back time and time again

The successful candidate will also be required to work on weekends and Bank Holidays.
