Our fantastic St Albans Coffee Shop is looking to expand its team!

This position is full-time, weekends and bank holidays are included.

This position is for our In-store Coffee shop inside our St Albans branch of Maidenhead Aquatics.

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in serving customers and be a key team player. High standards of customer service are important to our business and applicants should be enthusiastic and professional.

The person we are looking for should be a positive, practical individual who is keen to be part of a strong, happy team of staff who enjoy working together.

Our coffee shop also incorporates a soft play unit for our young guests, so any potential candidate must be child-friendly.  We are looking for someone who has worked within the food and beverage industry and can drive our business forward.

As a Full-time coffee shop Manager, the job will require the following;

• Have an articulate, approachable and friendly manner, essential to maintaining our high standards of customer care.
• Deliver superb service and exceed our customers’ expectations in all aspects of your work.
• Be self-motivated, positive and organised.
• Be reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic to learn.
• Previous experience in a coffee shop/restaurant environment would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given.
