Store Collection

Collecting your items in store will allow you to take advantage of our professional and knowledgeable staff who will be able to assist you with any questions that you may have about the purchase of your aquarium or pond products.

Any items for store collection will be sent from our warehouse and via courier to your chosen store. Please note that Store Collection orders are not fulfilled with the stock in our stores and therefore the order will not be available for collection the same day as it’s ordered. Before you place your order you will be given an estimated collection date.  Please note this is not a guaranteed collection date, and you will receive confirmation from our courier when your items are ready to collect in store.

Store Collection is not available on any stock which comes directly from a manufacturer or orders which are being purchased via interest-free finance.

Once your order arrives at your chosen store it will be kept safely aside for 7 days for you to collect. Simply visit the till point with your proof of purchase (email confirmation) and relevant ID (e.g. Driving License or passport) where our store staff will be happy to unite you with your order. 

The ‘Store Collection' option is a chargeable service at £4.95 for all orders below £30, and then free for all orders over £30.

Subject to availability. Orders placed before 3pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched that same day. Orders placed over the weekend or Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day. Please allow one hour from the notified delivery time to the Maidenhead Aquatics store before collecting your order, and be aware of the store's current opening hours to avoid disappointment in collecting once the store has closed.
