1. Offer applies to all store products except for gift cards, and ‘Feed the Fish’ in-store and is available from 06:00 GMT on 15 June to 18:00 GMT 16 June 2024. The only exception to this is our Northern Ireland store where the discount will only be applicable to livestock. 
   
   
2. Offer is subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with price matches.
   
   
3. The discount is valid in our UK physical stores only and not on our online store. The 10% off promotion is not available using Click and Collect on our website.
   
   
4. This offer is not applicable to purchases made using finance.
   
   
5. Customers must present a copy of the voucher/barcode downloaded from the app to be eligible for the 10% promotional discount at the till. This can be in the form of a photo or saved file of the voucher on their phone/tablet, or a paper print out of the voucher from the app.
   
   
6. The offer must be applied at the point of sale and cannot be applied retrospectively.
   
   
7. The offer and discount are not exchangeable for cash and is non-transferable. This does not affect your statutory rights. 
   
   
8. The sale of Gift Cards is excluded from the offer.
   
   
9. In the event of part of the order being returned, the monetary value returned will be the value of the item/s at the time of the transaction, i.e.: with discount applied. The promotional discount will not be applied to replacement items. If the offer is still valid at the time of making a return you should place a new order using the original promotional barcode.
   
   
10. Maidenhead Aquatics reserves the right to (i) cancel this offer at any time; (ii) cancel or refuse any individual's benefit from it; (iii) amend these terms and conditions, including the end date.
