At Maidenhead Aquatics we’re committed to giving you great value through great products at great prices, supported by great service both in-store and on our website.

•    We know how important price really is, and that's why we put so much effort into getting our prices right.

•    Through our growing range of exclusive brands and products, we aim to make sure that we offer the best quality for the price in the marketplace.

•    Our commitment to value is about much more than just competitive prices, it’s about all those extra things that are worth a lot too, like friendly, expert advice.

•    We want you to feel confident that the product you’ve bought will last and that if you do need any aftersales service, then that will be second-to-none too.

For these reasons we’re proud to offer you our Price Match policy: we will not be knowingly beaten on price for any of our products or accessories (excluding livestock and plants). If you find any product cheaper at one of our competitors, we’ll gladly match the price.

Price Match is offered against an approved list of suppliers in all of our stores, nationwide (please contact [email protected] for our approved list) and online, whether they are online or in a 'bricks and mortar' store, subject to the following terms and conditions:

•    We do not offer Price Match on livestock and plants, or on loose items that are sold by dimension or weight.

•    We do not offer Price Match for any eBay merchants, private sellers, third party marketplace sites or other auction sites.

•    We do not offer Price Match for the following types of sales, offers, or special prices:

o    Clearance items, including those marked as reduced to clear, last chance to buy, and final reductions.
o    Multi-buy offers, such as buy one get one free promotions.
o    Flash sales, including limited-time deals, lightning deals, or other promotions with a countdown clock.
o    Prices that require a voucher code, discount code, or group pricing, such as student discounts.
o    Exclusive prices, trade prices, or obvious pricing errors.

•    The item you are looking to Price Match must be in stock with both us and the competitor at the time of matching.

•    We will only match items that are available from competitors within the UK and priced in £GBP.

•    Prices for ‘special order’ items must be agreed at the time of ordering - prices cannot be matched retrospectively after the order has arrived.

•    Please note that our Price Match policy is only applicable at the time of your original purchase and cannot be applied retrospectively to previously purchased items, including Click and Collect from our website. 

•    The matched price must be 'like-for-like', including any postage and packing, delivery charges and finance deals, etc.

•    We cannot offer interest-free credit finance deals on any items that have been price-matched, even if the value exceeds £500.

•    We must be able to verify the competitor’s price and stock position. We will require the selected retailer's name, description of the product, the web address (if applicable) and the advertised price. We require evidence of a price match that we can verify, such as a link to a live website or a screenshot which captures all of the points above, we will match that price subject to our terms above.

•    Our Price Match is for personal use only. We reserve the right to restrict Price Match on each item to one per customer.

•    The Price Match will not apply if the relevant competitor is in administration or closing down.

•    The competitor’s product must be brand new, undamaged, identical to ours, and offered on the same terms.

•    Price Match cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.

•    Our Price Match policy does not affect your statutory rights.

•    All Price Match transactions are carried out on a case-by-case basis and at our discretion.

•    If you are planning on making a special trip to one of our stores for the purpose of requesting a 'Price Match’ on a product, we would strongly recommend to please call ahead to ensure that this item is in stock and is covered by our price match policy at that time.

•    We reserve the right to decline a Price Match for items where this would result in us making a material loss on the product as well as to withdraw Price Match at any time without prior notice.

To take advantage of Price Match in-store, speak to a member of our friendly team who will be able to assist you there and then. Be sure to have the proof of the price ready for the cheaper price you have found.

To Price Match on our website, please press the Price Match button next to the products price and fill in the form. This will ask you for a link to the website offering the product cheaper, along with a few of your contact details. Our online team will review your Price Match request and let you know if your request meets our below criteria. If it does, we will email you a discount code matching the price of the offer you have found.
