  • When you place an order, we receive your name, e-mail address, mailing address and product details. We DO NOT receive your credit card details. Our payment provider processes these on our behalf as a Data Processor.

  • Comments and product reviews. Whenever you make a purchase from us we will send you an email via our trusted partner, Feefo, to provide a review of the product and tell us what you think. For delivery before Christmas, orders must be placed on or before 3pm on Wednesday 20th December. We cannot guarantee delivery of these orders pre-Christmas as we are reliant on our couriers, but will use our best endeavours to get orders placed on this date out to you before Christmas.
