App Christmas Advent Calendar  - Terms and Conditions - 2025

1. You can access all Advent Calendar offers only through the Fishkeeper app. The app is available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
   
   
2. A new offer will appear each day from Monday, 1 December to Wednesday, 24 December 2025. The offer will display in a pop-up when you open the app.
   
   
3. Each pop-up will show full details of that day’s promotion.
   
   
4. After you close the pop-up, the voucher will appear in the My Account area under Promo List. It will remain valid for its designated period and can be redeemed in-store. After expiry, the voucher and barcode will be removed from your account.
   
   
5. Each daily promotion is valid for seven days from the date it appears. For example, the Day 1 voucher expires on 7 December. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed. Screenshots or saved files are not accepted.
   
   
6. You can redeem vouchers only in Maidenhead Aquatics stores in the UK. You cannot redeem vouchers online. Store opening hours vary during the festive period. Check the Storefinder page before making a special journey.
   
   
7. Show the voucher on your device at the till. Staff will scan the barcode to apply the promotion.
   
   
8. You must apply promotions at the point of sale. You cannot use them after payment has been made.
   
   
9. You can redeem each promotion once per app download.
   
   
10. All promotions are subject to availability. You cannot use them with price match options.
    
    
11. Promotions are not exchangeable for cash and are non-transferable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
    
    
12. You may use several vouchers in one visit if they apply to different product lines. You cannot combine discounts on a single product. If a product already has a discount, the till will use the better offer.
    
    
13. If you return part of a purchase, we will refund the price paid for those items after the discount. You cannot apply the original discount to replacement items. If the voucher is still valid, you must place a new order using the original barcode.
    
    
14. Maidenhead Aquatics may cancel the Advent promotion, refuse redemption or amend these terms at any time.
    
    
15. Maidenhead Aquatics may refuse redemption if a voucher is copied, shared, altered or obtained through unauthorised means.
    
    
16. Some products, including gift cards and items that cannot participate in promotions, may be excluded from vouchers.
    
    
17. You must have a compatible device and a working internet connection to receive and redeem offers. You are responsible for keeping your device up to date and in good working condition.
    
    
18. Maidenhead Aquatics is not responsible for delays, errors or failures caused by device issues, network problems or app malfunctions. Access to offers is not guaranteed.
    
    
19. If an offer displays an error, including pricing or product description, Maidenhead Aquatics may correct or withdraw it.
    
    
20. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. To the extent permitted by law, Maidenhead Aquatics is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the app or promotions.
    
    
21. Use of the Fishkeeper app is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you agree to how your data is collected and used.
