Can I amend or cancel my online order?

    If you wish to cancel or amend your order immediately after placing it, please contact customer services on TELEPHONE NUMBER between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. If you have placed an order in error outside of these hours please complete this form with all the information about the order you wish to cancel or amend and we will process your request the next working day: https://www.fishkeeper.co.uk/contact. Please provide all required contact details as we may need to call you to make the changes you have requested.

    Once goods have been dispatched, you can cancel your purchase within 21 days of receiving your order - starting from the day you received your goods. All items you are returning must be unopened (ie no broken seals) and in the original condition in which they were received. Please contact our customer services team using this form: https://www.fishkeeper.co.uk/contact  to arrange your return.

    Please note that under no circumstance can we refund you in store if you paid for your goods using PayPal online. You will need to return your items via post or recorded delivery if this is the case.

    For delivery before Christmas, orders must be placed on or before 3pm on Wednesday 20th December. We cannot guarantee delivery of these orders pre-Christmas as we are reliant on our couriers, but will use our best endeavours to get orders placed on this date out to you before Christmas.
