What can I expect if my order falls outside of the usual 24hr express courier?

The courier will drop the pallet on the curb closest to your home, it is advised to have more than one person to accept delivery. Disposal of any packaging, including pallets, is not included. Please check all products for damage before signing. This item is deliverable to UK mainland only, excluding Highlands and Islands.

For live pond and aquarium plants.
Any order containing live plants on its own or mixed with a combination of other items will be collectively delivered within 14 working days. Including live plants in an order goes against our next-day shipping policy. We order live plants in once a week and have to wait for their arrival before dispatching the full order.
