Why has my payment card not been authorised?

    Your payment may not be authorised for a number of reasons.

    Debit and credit cards: Please ensure that the correct billing information has been used for your payment card. If your billing information is correct, we recommend contacting your card issuer if you are unable to complete payment.

    If your card issuer confirms there is no issue with your bank account or credit card, then please contact our Customer service team.

    For delivery before Christmas, orders must be placed on or before 3pm on Wednesday 20th December. We cannot guarantee delivery of these orders pre-Christmas as we are reliant on our couriers, but will use our best endeavours to get orders placed on this date out to you before Christmas.
