Feefo Monthly Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: The monthly online prize draw is open to individuals who are legal residents of and live in the UK. 

Entry: Participants are automatically entered into the monthly online prize draw by completing a Feefo review on receipt of an official email from Feefo asking for their feedback about their Maidenhead Aquatics purchase. These emails are generated automatically following a purchase on our website or by completing details of your in-store purchase on the form on our website here: https://www.fishkeeper.co.uk/leave-us-a-review at which time an email will be sent from Feefo for the customer to share their feedback in exactly the same way as if they had purchased an item online. No additional action is required to participate.  Only one review per person will be entered into the draw each month.

Only purchases of dry goods will be eligible for the prize draw (we are not able to accept reviews of livestock/fish or plants from store purchases as these are not represented on the website).

Entries will be automatically collected from the database of reviews on Feefo for that month. Entry to the competition and selection of the winner will be completely independent of the rating of the review or the sentiment behind the review. However, reviews that are offensive or abusive will be removed from the draw.

Prize: The prize for the monthly online prize draw is one of a £50 Maidenhead Aquatics voucher that can be used online or in-store. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

Winner Selection: The winner of the monthly online prize draw will be selected at random on the first day of the month after the review was received, from all eligible entries received during the calendar month in which the review was submitted. The winner will be selected using an automatic number generator applied to a numbered database of all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via email within a week of the beginning of the calendar month and details of where the gift card should be sent will be requested. If the winner does not respond within 10 days of receiving notification of their win – the prize for that month will be forfeited.

Given than entry into the competition is automatic, we will not share details of the winner on our platforms without express permission of the winner in relation to their win. In the event that the winner chooses to remain anonymous we will state this when confirming that a winner has been drawn each month.

Privacy: Personal information collected during the entry process will be used solely for the purpose of administering the monthly online prize draw and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Modification or Termination: Maidenhead Aquatics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the monthly online prize draw at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law: The monthly online prize draw is governed by the laws of the UK.
