App Christmas Advent Calendar - Terms and Conditions - 2024
1. Access to our Christmas Advent Calendar offers are ONLY available via our app – 'Fishkeeper' – available from the Apple and Google Play stores.
2. From Sunday 1st December until Tuesday 24th December 2024, a new promotional offer will appear each day in the form of a pop-up window when you visit the Fishkeeper app.
3. Details of each promotion available will be outlined on the pop-up screen for that day.
4. After its initial appearance as pop-up screen, and after you have closed the pop-up screen, the promotional voucher can be found in the ‘My Account’ area of the app listed under ‘Promo List’ about halfway down the My Account page. It will remain listed here for the duration for which it is valid and can be redeemed in store. After this time the promotional information and related barcode will disappear from your Account.
5. Each promotion will be valid for 7 days from the day it appears in the app Advent Calendar. For example, the Day 1 promotion will be available to redeem in-store until December 7th. After this time, you will no longer see this promotion in your My Account area, and it will no longer be valid for redemption, even if you have taken a screen shot or saved as a file on your device.
6. Promotions are only available in our physical stores across the UK and not on our online store. Please note that as this promotion runs over the festive period there will be some days when your local store may not be open so, please check our Storefinder page for store opening and closing times if you are going to make a special journey.

7. When redeeming your voucher, simply show the voucher on your phone/device when you pay at the till and the store staff will scan your barcode to apply the promotion.
8. All promotions/offers must be applied at the point of sale and cannot be applied retrospectively.
9. Promotions can only be redeemed once from any app download.
10. All offers that are running during the advent promotion are subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with price matches.
11. Offers and discounts that make up the Advent promotion are not exchangeable for cash and is non-transferable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
12. If you have several vouchers you wish to redeem across a number of offers when you visit the store, this is fine as long as they are against individual product lines. Please note we are unable to double discount any product so if an existing promotion is running in store the till will identify the offer which offers you the best deal when you go to pay.
13. In the event of part of your purchase being returned, the monetary value returned will be the value of the item/s at the time of the transaction, i.e.: with discount applied. The promotional discount will not be applied to replacement items. If the offer is still valid at the time of making a return you should place a new order using the original promotional barcode.
14. Maidenhead Aquatics reserves the right to (i) cancel this offer at any time; (ii) cancel or refuse any individual's benefit from it; (iii) amend these terms and conditions, including the end date.
