    • KH Coralline Gro - Promotes the growth of coralline algae ad other beneficial micro fauna.

Red Sea's Marine Care program includes an array of easy to use tests as well as an alkalinity supplement, all of which are highly beneficial for the ongoing maintenace of marine fish only systems as well reef aquariums. Marine Aquariums require very stable conditions for their long term success and this all starts with complete biological cycling. During the cycling period it is important to accurately measure and maintain the levels of different elements in the water.

Red Sea's Reef Mature Starter Kit provides a complete set of supplements to aid in biological maturation of a new marine aquarium, establishing full nitrification plus nitrate and phosphate reduction in a few weeks. The majority of cycling products on the market include the beneficial bacteria needed for breaking down toxic waste into nitrate. The Red Sea Reef Mature Pro Kit includes these bacterial supplements AND extra supplements for promoting coralline algae growth and other micro fauna in the live rock and sand bed. Essential water parameters can be tested during maturation using the Red Sea range of Marine Test Kits.

The Reef Mature Starter Kit includes 100ml of each of the following:

  • Nitro Bac - Concentrated blend of nitrifying and de-nitrifying bacteria spores to seed the live rocks and biological filter media in a new tank.
  • Bacto-Start - A balanced blend of nitrogen and phosphorus components that simulate the natural waste products of an active aquarium, enabling a controlled development of the aerobic and anoxic bacteria.
  • NO3:PO4-X - A complex blend of carbons and other organic bonded elements that are used by anoxic bacteria for the accurate control of algae nutrient (nitrate and phosphate) levels. Precvents nuisance algae and enbales control of zooxanthellae for optimum coral growth and colouration.
  • KH Coralline Gro - A concentrated marine buffer complex of carbonate buffers & potassium fortified with the specific minor and trace elements, such as iron, that promotes the growth of coralline algae ad other beneficial micro fauna.

  • Pallet orders containing large items like big aquariums will take additional time to arrive as they are sent by a third party. These orders will NOT be dispatched until we have been in touch to arrange a delivery date, this is to ensure someone is available at your address to sign for the delivery.
