TMC's latest innovation in aquarium pump technology is the 'REEF-Pump' range. The REEF-Pump 6000 is exclusive to Maidenhead Aquatics and has a maximum flow rate of 6000 litres per hour.

TMC DC aquarium pump range is one of the leading aquarium pumps and a must-have for marine fishkeepers. It is pivotal to have fast-flowing water in marine aquariums and certain freshwater species will also benefit. Water movement in an aquarium will benefit you in a variety of ways including proper water filtration, healthier fish and more natural habitat. Flowing water in an aquarium means that every drop will reach the filter during a cycle stopping the chance of your aquarium having stagnant water, flowing water also lowers the chance of having unwanted food settle potentially leading to ammonia spikes. On a real reef in the ocean, fish are used to having fast-flowing water by including a pump that has a variety of speeds it allows them to feel more home leading to a happier, healthier life.

Product Highlights:

Compact and Energy Efficient
TMC has designed this compact range pumps so they can fit in all types of aquariums no matter the size. With the latest water technology, TMC has managed to keep the compact size and not compromise on performance. These pumps produce a massive output at a very low energy consumption making them ideal for every user.

Remote Controlled
The DC range has been designed with fishkeepers in mind, a very simple controller is supplied with every pump that allows you to control and stagger the 20 different water speeds creating a natural-looking underwater reef or lake. The controller also allows for a feeding mode this slows the water flow down massively to allow all species to be fed appropriately.

Integrated timer and Start Up features
The controllers integrated feed timer shuts off the pump for 10 minutes to allow for your aquariums inhabitants to feed in calmer waters in order to make sure they all receive some dinner. The “Soft Start” feature helps to increase impeller life by speeding up slowly, which is less likely to cause sudden irrepairable damage.

  • Orders containing live plants will take up to 2 weeks to arrive. We take a week's worth of customer orders and then inform the plant farms of the specific quantities we need to fulfil that week's order to avoid wastage.
  • Pallet orders containing large items like big aquariums will take additional time to arrive as they are sent by a third party. These orders will NOT be dispatched until we have been in touch to arrange a delivery date, this is to ensure someone is available at your address to sign for the delivery.
