What Does the Role Involve?

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall running of the store. Your duties will include:

• Leading and supporting the team to create a friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused environment

• Ensuring high standards of livestock care, store presentation, and cleanliness

• Overseeing daily operations, including stock management and merchandising

• Supporting and training team members in fishkeeping knowledge and customer service

• Delivering excellent customer experiences and handling any queries or concerns

• Driving store performance and ensuring targets are met

• Maintaining a positive team culture where staff enjoy their work and take pride in what they do
